SPW Trademark: Meet Them Where They Are: Unlocking the Power of B.R.A.V.E. Leadership
Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (11:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
(EST)
Description

Leadership today isn’t about titles or corner offices—it’s about humanity. It’s about the courage to meet people where they are and the wisdom to walk with them toward where they can go. In this keynote, Jen Croneberger shares her groundbreaking B.R.A.V.E. Leadership framework—Belonging, Resilience, Authenticity, Vulnerability, and Empathy — as a practical and deeply human roadmap for leading in uncertain times. Through compelling stories, cutting edge neuroscience, and lessons learned from boardrooms to locker rooms, Jen illustrates why belonging is the foundation of performance, how resilience is strengthened in community, and why authenticity and empathy are now the most vital skills leaders can bring. This event will also include remarks by Meg Pierce on two of The Forum’s signature pieces of research and advocacy: The Forum’s annual Women in Leadership report, and the annual Pay Equity report.
SPW Mission:
To accelerate the advancement and expand the influence of women leaders of all professions and generations, strengthen our business community, and support the region’s non-profit organizations.
