Ralph\, the second youngest prisoner of war during the Vietnam war\, was imprisoned in the infamous "Hanoi Hilton" for 406 days before being released during Operation Homecoming on March 28th\, 1973.\nHe has since dedicated his life to advocating for veterans and sharing his experiences to inspire others. \n\n\n\nAbout the Event:\nThe tradition of the Chamber's Inspirational Breakfast began in 1973 as an annual Prayer Breakfast.\nTimes have changed and so have we\, but this longstanding tradition lives on in our hearts.\n\nThroughout its history\, this very special breakfast has been described as a celebration of our lives as Americans.
