The Federal Reserve Bank is hedging its bets as it cuts interest rates in a continued push-and-pull with inflation. Pennsylvania’s Governor is pushing for a more fully formed and funded economic development strategy and Southeastern Pennsylvania continues to be an economic powerhouse in the Commonwealth.It’s against this backdrop that Truist Wealth Co-Chief Investment Officer Oscarlyn Elder takes the stage for the Economic Forecast Breakfast of The Main Line Chamber of Commerce and Annual Meeting of The Main Line Chamber Foundation. Dr. Elder’s work involves the intersection of high and ultra-high net worth clients’ investment experiences, technology, and the experiences of client-facing investment professionals. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including experience in mortgage and retail banking, investment banking, equity research, investment strategy development and portfolio management. She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst charter as well as the Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst charter. She received top honors in earning her degrees from the University of Richmond, the Duke University School of Business and was awarded a Doctor of Education in leadership from Lynchburg College.
