Drawing from years of coaching top performers, Sean will guide participants in preparing for success, facilitating impactful conversations, understanding key stakeholders, and sustaining strong relationships. Attendees will leave with practical strategies, fresh confidence, and a playbook for building authentic relationships that elevate your career and your influence.
Bonus: Practice what you learned! A happy hour will follow this session where attendees will get to implement the lessons from Sean’s presentation.
